Spanning over 140 acres, this incredible complex serves as a Silicon Valley-style home for FedExs team of over 3,000 information technology experts.
The campus includes nine state-of-the-art office and technology buildings, a multifunctional convocation center, dining facilities and expansive greenways and water features that bring nature to the front door. Constructed using an impressive fast-track schedule, the campus was completed under budget and within the original time frame, despite over 110 days of rain.

Complete renovation of an existing 500,000 SF building for the creation of executive office space.
The new facility contains a large training center and extensive support space. In addition to the full building renovation, a new five-story 1400-car parking garage was built on the same site.
