Health
Winner of the 2002 AON Build America Award
The fast track construction project started concurrently with the design. All utilities and built foundations and a majority of the structure were relocated before the final construction documents were completed. This is not the normal building approach for highly complicated facilities, but it saved the owners upward of nine months on the project development time. This translates into thousands of dollars a month in additional revenues for the hospital.
