Mansion on Turtle Creek; Dallas, Texas
Architect: Shepherd & Boyd

A historic Mediterranean-style mansion, secluded within 4.6 acres of landscaped grounds was converted to a 143-room, 16 suite luxury hotel. Linbeck managed both the renovation of the existing home and the construction of the new four-story hotel.

The Mansion retains the intimate ambience of a private residence while providing the highest levels of quality and excellence. This flagship property for Rosewood Hotels & Resorts has been rated Mobil Five-Star for 13 consecutive years, and AAA Five-Diamond for 12 consecutive years.

Renaissance Worthington Hotel; Ft. Worth, Texas
Architect: Vidaud of Dallas and Arnold Syrop Associates

Winner of AGC Award of Excellence

A 500- room, four star luxury hotel covering three city blocks and featuring intricate design work.

Client Testimonial
“Our people were focused on a common goal. In my book, Linbeck has set a standard by which all others in your industry should be measured.

Robert Jameson
President / General Manager

St. Regis; Houston, Texas
Architect: Shepherd & Boyd

Linbeck delivered this four-star hotel using the highest-quality finishes, unusual techniques, and working within a compressed schedule, to meet the challenges of a demanding, quality-conscious owner.

Brought to the project team during the conceptual phase of project development, Linbeck provided constant cost and constructability input to the architects, engineers and interior designers in order to assist the owner in achieving their budget. This real time response allowed the owner to make design decisions based on accurate cost, schedule, and life cycle impact implications.

The Omni Hotel; Houston, Texas
Architect: LAN Architects

A five-story atrium hotel surrounded by a four-acre man-made lake in West Houston. The original schedule called for the 400-room hotel to be completed in 17 months; however the completion date was revised to 13 months. Linbeck successfully met this shortened schedule.

By working closely with the design team in the preconstruction phase, and in spite of a two-month delay caused by damage from Hurricane Alicia, Linbeck was able to satisfy the owner’s expectations.
