We are eager and excited to soon see students return back to Rice University and enjoy the new Brockman Hall for Opera. Linbeck built the exceptional 600-seat European-style theater, which now places the opera program in the upper echelon alongside Rice's premium orchestral program. An inaugural performance is scheduled for November, and we look forward to celebrating amongst the internationally acclaimed Shepherd School of Music.
American Subcontrators Association EIC Project of the Year over $25 Million
Special congratulations to our MD Anderson Cancer Center West Houston team for winning the American Subcontractors Association EIC Project of the Year over $25 million! The new outpatient ambulatory care facility is the first free-standing clinical building constructed by MDA outside of the Texas Medical Center. A big thanks to our dedicated and hard-working team, Nick Feng, Chris Rock, Hailee Jones, Dexter Fitzgerald, Ivan Mendez, and the rest of the Linbeck team!

Linbeck is proud to partner with Medistar Corporation and Kirksey Architecture as the general contractor to build Texas A&M's $546M complex in the Texas Medical Center. Two new towers will provide affordable student housing and mixed-use development space for medical offices and retail in the heart of Houston, Texas.
At the 99th Annual Associated General Contractors of America Convention in New Orleans this year, our very own David Stueckler, President and CEO of Linbeck Group, LLC was elected Chair of the Building Division. Congratulations David!
