To communicate and maintain our high standards of safety leadership and management, our project leaders complete a comprehensive Safety Management Course on each aspect of our Safety Management System. Additionally, our Behavior Based Safety (BBS) program focuses on modifying workers’ behaviors and promoting safe actions through training, field observation and employee/peer feedback. Linbeck’s unwavering level of commitment to safety is driven by our people at every level of the firm–from the executive level all the way to the field. Our investment and commitment to safety is validated by our outstanding safety results and recognition from our peers and the industry, including the Associated General Contractors of America. 

Recently, at the AGC Construction Safety Excellence Awards, Linbeck took home first place for safety in the Building Division 350,000-850,000 work hour category and ultimately received the Grand Award across all categories, recognizing us as having the most effective safety program in the nation.
