Description
In order to consolidate their operations and support their rate of production, Tally Energy Services (Tally), an oilfield services company, tasked Linbeck with transforming an outdated structure into a safe and operable office and production facility. The completely renovated building houses a two-story office area, expansive warehouse, and separate shop office area, and features replaced finishes, a new low voltage system, and expanded kitchen and office restroom area. New mechanical systems, building envelope insulation, and extensive electrical equipment distribution were also included in the fast-track project.
