Overview

Linbeck provided Preconstruction Services for the new American Quarter Horse Museum and Hall of Fame, designed by internationally acclaimed architect Gluckman Tang. Clad in a perforated aluminum facade, the museum was intended to celebrate and preserve the history of the American Quarter Horse through a Hall of Fame gallery, large atrium, and grand hall for receptions, events, and art exhibitions. In addition, the museum included a theater for music and dance performances, faculty offices, additional exhibition, conference, and event spaces, and a green roof and terrace to overlook the beauty of its surrounding city. Linbeck’s team of experts worked closely with the owner and design team during preconstruction to provide thorough and transparent pricing and estimates.
