Overview
The NFL’s Houston Texans football team engaged Linbeck as the Project Manager for the design and construction of Reliant Stadium. Envisioned as a world-class, state-of-the-art multipurpose sports and entertainment facility, Reliant Stadium (now NRG Stadium) hosts sporting events, family shows, concerts, and the annual Rodeo. Linbeck performed a multitude of professional services throughout the planning, design, construction, and post-occupancy phases of the Reliant Stadium project that aided the cost and scheduling processes. In addition to serving as the owner representative for the construction of Reliant Stadium, Linbeck managed and built the stadium’s luxury suites, Marketing Center, Carruth Plaza, Go Texans Store, Novelty Club stores, and NFL practice facility.
