Description

Recorded as the first stand-alone LEED Certified proton therapy center in the nation, the Texas Center for Proton Therapy has brought advanced life-saving cancer treatment opportunities to North Texas. The facility features two full gantries, one fixed beam treatment room, and a full MRI and PET/CT imaging suite, as well as an onsite laboratory, phlebotomy stations, exam suites, clinical/business support areas, and landscaped areas that provide further healing. Linbeck worked closely with the architects to translate the design into a structure that complied with installation requirements for the proton therapy technology, designed by Ion Beam Applications.
