Overview
The laboratory in Life Science Plaza answered MD Anderson’s call for a new, cutting-edge research and office facility in the Texas Medical Center. Completed in 12 months within an active and operational facility, the lab build-out added new mechanical space, a liquid nitrogen freezer room, 20,000 SF of office support space, and a conference center. Among our traditional building standards, Linbeck applied rigorous Lean building practices, utilized a design-assist approach, and maintained a collaborative atmosphere to help streamline various processes and hand over the lab within a tight timeframe.
