Mobile workstations and ceiling-mounted power and data connections maximize floor space, streamline future upgrades, and allow the environment to adapt to evolving needs. Our team led extensive MEP coordination to support the integration of critical medical equipment while ensuring compliance with all healthcare regulations. We partnered closely with vendors to map efficient delivery and installation paths for large analyzers and specialized devices. The facility consolidates a wide range of services under one roof—including a specimen center, blood bank, histology, microbiology, molecular specialties, mass spectrometry, research and development, and administrative offices—creating a highly functional space that enhances daily operations, strengthens research capabilities, and improves patient outcomes.
