Overview
ProCure was the first private practice proton therapy treatment center in the United States. Working with Tsoi Kobus Design and Ion Beam Applications S.A. proton therapy technology, Linbeck built the new 54,000 SF facility to include one gantry, one fixed beam, two inclined beam treatment rooms, and custom-fabricated copper apertures and compensators to accurately target tumors with radiation. The team delivered the cutting-edge facility on time (27 months) and within the original conceptual estimate, all this despite the 10% rise in inflation between preconstruction and the construction start date. ProCure Treatment Centers in Oklahoma now operates as Oklahoma Proton Center.
