Description
Through a Competitive Sealed Proposal (CSP), Linbeck completed the Level II Continuing Care Nursery Renovation, which included a full-scale refresh within Houston Methodist Clear Lake Hospital’s existing Childbirth Center. Two-thirds of the project accounted for renovations to the existing nursery. At the same time, the remaining scope was reserved for updating the existing staff lounge, Obstetric Emergency Department, conference room, and waiting area. Due to its location within an active inpatient nursery, the renovation required a well-coordinated construction plan to minimize disruption to ongoing hospital operations, as well as a robust infection control plan to keep the young patients and their mothers safe.
