Description
The new State Bank of Texas (SBT) Headquarters is a welcome addition to the world-class business hub of Las Colinas. Designed by Malone Maxwell Dennehy Architects, the four-story building is imbued with premium design details, including interior glass partitions, curved wood paneling, stone and living plant feature walls, and European stone flooring. The exterior facade includes a combination of glazing, stone panels, and metal panels. The SBT building creates a high-end feel for patrons and staff, with the SBT branch located in the lobby and office space on the top two floors for SBT operations. As part of the facility, there is also an underground parking garage providing more than 100 parking spaces for tenants, executives, and employees. The remaining space is available for tenant lease. Sitework for the project also included site utilities, stone pavers and entry, water features, and the construction of a fire lane approach and drive lane.
