Overview
Parc Binz One is a five-story medical office building located in the heart of Houston’s Museum District. Designed with a complex blend of ACM panels, glazing systems, Italian Terra Cotta panels, and a Nichiha panel system, the mixed-use building is a standout feature in the urban neighborhood. Parc Binz One includes retail space on the first floor for restaurants and dining, a wraparound outdoor plaza, and an 80,000 SF parking structure that wraps the north and east sides of the building. The top two floors of the the building extend over the parking garage, which uses both Nichiha panels and a large living screen to blend with the building and surrounding landscaping.
