Overview

The Kinkaid School’s new Dining and Learning Center is a light-filled facility, dynamically designed to foster creativity and community among the student population. The Dining Center includes multiple restaurant concepts, while the Learning Center houses traditional classrooms, flexible areas with movable walls and furniture, a multi-purpose space for small receptions and events, and office space for the facilities department. The campus also boasts eight new tennis courts, an Astroturf baseball field, an earthen amphitheater seating structure, a 600-car parking garage, a detention pond, and updated landscaping. All of these projects were constructed while students remained in school, without any incident from construction.
