Overview
Linbeck partnered with Southern Methodist University (SMU) to expand their existing Robson & Lindley Aquatics Center to add a new Olympic-sized outdoor pool to their facility. As a result, SMU will be one of the few prestigious colleges with a 50-meter long-course swimming pool both indoors and outdoors. There are also locker rooms located at both the indoor and outdoor pools, including an indoor dryland training area, which will specifically benefit the SMU diving program, as well as a changing area, with lockers accessible from both pools. To complete the project, exterior showers were installed along with a decorative overhang to provide shade.
