The Pete Wright and Tom Brown Residential Community at Texas Christian University reflects Linbeck’s dedication to building thoughtful, student-focused living spaces—delivered with care, quality, and attention to schedule. Designed to support comfort and independence, the complex houses approximately 312 students in modern four-bedroom apartments. Each unit includes two bathrooms, a full kitchen with a stove, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher, plus a breakfast room with a large sliding open-air window for natural light and fresh air. Shared communal spaces on each floor foster connection and a strong sense of community. Faced with an accelerated schedule, our team collaborated to manage risks and keep the project on track. As a result, we delivered one-fourth of the complex five months ahead of schedule—allowing TCU to welcome students early.
