Description
The Human Performance & Athletics Center at Texas Christian University (TCU) represents a major moment for the University’s Athletics Program. Focused on bringing advanced health and wellness resources to student athletes across 22 sports programs, this construction project accounted for the renovation of the existing Bob Lilly Performance Center and Triathlon Studio, addition of a new Football Performance Center and Recovery & Wellness Center, as well as major underground utility improvements throughout the site. The expanded and renovated complex features a new football weight room, indoor running track, multipurpose athletic rooms, and—most notably—state-of-the-art physical therapy spaces, including a cold recovery plunge pool, an infrared therapy room, and snow room: the very first of its kind in North America at the university level.
