Overview
This renovation and expansion will bring the historic Forest Theater back to its original grandeur and is intended to spark additional mixed-use retail and multifamily housing development in the under-served South Dallas community. The project includes a 1,000-seat performance hall/theater and a 200-seat studio theater. Visual and performing arts space, a recording studio, flex learning space, and artist-in-residency space is included in the program.
