Overview

The Ronald McDonald House of Fort Worth is a non-profit agency that acts as a home away from home for the families of seriously ill children. After 15 years of operations at their original 1981 location, the Ronald McDonald House of Fort Worth had grown substantially and needed a larger house to serve more families. In 1996, Linbeck took responsibility for this project, building a new house that contained 20 bedrooms. Since then, Linbeck has completed a variety of renovation, enhancement, and expansion projects to help them operate at their best. These projects have included the construction of new community spaces, such as a kitchen, family/game room, laundry facilities, and administrative offices, and a symbolic light tower, known as the “Light of Love,” which acts as a beacon of hope and comfort for children and their families.
