Overview

The National Cowgirl Museum and Hall of Fame serves as the permanent home for art and exhibits honoring the lives of women of the American West. Designed by David M. Schwarz, the exterior matches the charm of the cowgirl aesthetic — from wild-rose finials and bas-relief sculpture panels to a Richard Haas mural and hand-carved panels. The museum’s interior was designed to provide a clear circulation path for the thousands of visitors attending every year and to create central spaces that are used for after-hours and special event functions. Amenities include exhibit halls, galleries, a theater, event space, a conference room, and both private and open office spaces.
