Description

Linbeck was the construction manager at-risk for The Magellan International School’s Forever Home Campus. As the builder, Linbeck renovated two existing office buildings and converted them into a new, consolidated K through 12 campus along the North Capital of Texas Highway in Austin, Texas. Both buildings were converted from open-concept offices to include new classrooms, science and arts labs, a library, cafe services, flex spaces for elective courses, as well as support services space. Exterior improvements included capturing existing parking for new playgrounds and green spaces, new balconies, and glass-enclosed egress stairs.
