Description
Continuing our longstanding building partnership with Cook Children’s Health Care System (Cook), Linbeck built a new cast-in-place, post-tensioned parking garage for their Cook’s Medical Center campus. The seven-story garage features Cook Children’s trademark colors, including a blue-peaked roof-line, and a façade on three of the four sides that aligns with their traditional design and quality standards. With more than 600 parking spaces available, the urban garage provides more convenient parking for patients, additional parking space for employees, and a means to unburden surface lots surrounding the growing campus.
