Description
950 Corbindale is a four-story office building that contains physician spaces for UTHealth Houston and Memorial Hermann Health System. Allison Companies enlisted Linbeck to complete the facility’s full-scale renovation that included adding new energy-efficient windows and an EIFS façade over existing brick, as well as providing mechanical, plumbing, and fire protection modifications, electrical updates, and revitalized lobbies, restrooms, and other public areas. Along the exterior, Linbeck refreshed existing landscaping, enhanced the hardscape, redesigned patient drop-off areas, added new pedestrian canopies and a porte-cochere, and provided glazing enhancements featuring an Oldcastle TCR-225 window wall system with Guardian SunGuard Super Neutral NR43 glass. All of this work was completed safely and effectively while the building remained active and fully operational.
