Overview
Market Street at The Woodlands is an open-air, mixed-use development north of Houston where residents can conveniently shop, dine, and enjoy the outdoors. To bring this town square together, Linbeck constructed 14 buildings, built a four-story garage, and completed an expansive green space, endearingly referred to as Central Park. Public art and murals, a performance stage, and several water features complete the square adding a splash of color and dynamism to the shopping grounds. Outside of its retail, restaurant, and outdoor features, Market Street at The Woodlands also includes 96,000 SF of Class A office space.
